Yonkers Industries delivered a premier aviation development at Des Moines International Airport (DSM), serving as Construction Manager from preconstruction through completion. The project was strategically planned and executed to enhance airside operations while elevating the experience for passengers, pilots, and flight crews.

The development includes a 7,000 SF fixed-base operator (FBO) facility designed with modern passenger amenities and efficient operational support spaces, along with a 40,000 SF aircraft hangar with additional 4,500 SF offices.  The hangar was engineered to accommodate a range of corporate and private aircraft. Careful coordination of structural systems, building envelope components, and airside access ensured seamless integration within the active airport environment.
