At Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY), Yonkers Industries served as Project Manager and Owner’s Representative for the renovation and rebuilding of an 8,000 SF fixed-base operator facility following significant damage from Hurricane Ida. From early assessment and preconstruction planning through construction oversight, our team provided strategic leadership to guide the recovery and restoration process.

The project required careful evaluation of storm-related impacts, coordination with insurance representatives and design professionals, and disciplined cost and schedule management to expedite the return to full operations. The rebuilt and renovated FBO incorporates upgraded building systems, resilient materials, and modernized interior spaces designed to reflect local influences, enhance durability, efficiency, and passenger comfort.
