At Key West International Airport (EYW), Yonkers Industries served as Project Manager and Owner’s Representative for the development of a new terminal facility and renovation of existing hangar office space. Providing oversight from preconstruction through construction, our team guided planning, budgeting, and coordination to ensure the project aligned with operational goals while maintaining continuity within the active airport environment.

The project includes construction of a new 5,000 SF terminal designed to enhance passenger flow, comfort, and overall service capability. In addition, 4,000 SF of existing two-story hangar office space was renovated and modernized, improving functionality, workspace efficiency, and integration with airside operations.

Through proactive leadership and detailed oversight, Yonkers Industries helped deliver a cohesive aviation facility that blends new construction with revitalized infrastructure — strengthening EYW’s operational capacity while elevating the overall user experience in one of Florida’s most distinctive aviation markets.
