Yonkers Industries is currently delivering a transformative aviation development at Francis S. Gabreski Airport (FOK) for Signature Aviation, providing comprehensive preconstruction and construction management services from concept through execution. Now approximately 60% complete, the project reflects our strategic approach to phasing, coordination, and airside construction within an active airport environment.

The development includes a 11,400 SF FBO terminal designed to provide modern, high-end experience for passengers and flight crews, along with 60,000 SF of new aircraft hangar space with additional 4,100 SF offices to support expanding aviation demand. The scope also encompasses construction of a new aviation fuel farm and associated ramp improvements, strengthening operational efficiency and long-term capacity at the airport.
