At Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), Yonkers Industries provided comprehensive preconstruction and construction management services for Signature Aviation and NetJets for a FBO, hangar, and ramp expansion.  Serving as Construction Manager, the project required detailed planning, cost control, and coordination within an active airfield environment to ensure seamless integration with ongoing airport operations.

The development includes a 14,000 SF fixed-base operator terminal designed to deliver a modern, high-end experience for passengers and flight crews, along with a 120,000 SF aircraft hangar with 13,500 SF offices and a 2,500 SF ground support equipment (GSE) facility. The scope also encompassed construction of a new fuel farm and expanded concrete ramp of 250,000 SF, significantly increasing operational capacity and efficiency.

Through proactive leadership, disciplined execution, and close collaboration with stakeholders, Yonkers Industries delivered a premier aviation facility that enhances service capabilities and positions PBI for continued growth in corporate and private aviation.
