Yonkers Industries partnered with Signature Aviation to deliver a strategic expansion at Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV), enhancing operational capacity and elevating the overall passenger experience. Yonkers provided full preconstruction and construction management services under a CM delivery model. The project includes a 5,000 SF fixed-base operator (FBO) terminal, a 20,000 SF aircraft hangar, and a 2,600 SF ground support equipment (GSE) shop, along with associated ramp improvements.

Designed to support increased aviation activity and streamline airside operations, the expansion integrates modern passenger amenities with efficient aircraft servicing infrastructure. The new facilities strengthen SAV’s ability to accommodate growing demand while providing a high-quality, functional environment for General Aviation.
